A social media account named ‘Notorious Cigars’ has recently surfaced, teasing the release of McGregor’s upcoming cigar line, aptly named “Notorious.” The branding, featuring a green cigar band, pays tribute to McGregor’s Irish heritage and his birth year, 1988.
McGregor himself acknowledged the brand on social media this morning, Monday, October 7, 2024.
The MMA star, known for his love of cigars, was seen with one of his branded cigars at the recent Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois fight. However, the cigar was unlit, which got a lot of press attention, likely due to venue smoking restrictions.
McGregor’s cigar brand is the latest addition to his growing empire, and it aligns with his image of wealth and success.
Cigars have long been part of his public persona, symbolising the luxury he’s embraced since his meteoric rise in the UFC.
