A new limited-edition book examining the cultural world of cigars is set to be released later this year.

CIGARS: A Culture, by author Aaron Sigmond and designer Liliana Guia, is a follow-up to Sigmond’s award-winning 2025 title CIGARS: A Biography. Published by Mad/Dash Press in partnership with the Premium Cigar Association, the book is scheduled for release in October 2026, with pre-orders opening on 15 June.

While CIGARS: A Biography focused on the history, production and global journey of tobacco, the new volume explores the traditions, arts, events, accessories and culinary experiences associated with cigar culture.

Sigmond said the book examines “the refined pleasures, pursuits and customs that orbit the cigar”, building on material originally intended for his previous publication but ultimately left out due to its length.

The book will be released in the United States and Caribbean with four different cover designs, each featuring a cigar-and-pen pairing. International editions will also be available in selected European and Middle Eastern markets, with the European editions presented in association with Dominique London.

Sigmond, who has written more than 20 books on cigars and luxury lifestyle topics, said the new volume completes the broader vision behind the original project.
