Earlier this year, the XXIV Edition of the Habanos Festival in Cuba announced that a Habanos World Days event would be held in London to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the Trinidad brand – The Year of Trinidad.
In June 2024, Hunters and Frankau, the UK’s distributor of Cuban cigars, in collaboration with Habanos, organised a three-day event. This event featured a cocktail party, a seminar, tastings, and a gala dinner held at the V&A in London, where the Trinidad Cabildos Limited Edition 2024 cigar was launched.
It looks like the celebrations are set to continue as Habanos S.A. and Phoenicia—equivalent to Hunters & Frankau, the second-largest distributor of Cuban cigars, which operates across Europe, Africa, the Gulf, and the Middle East—have announced details for their upcoming event, “The Trinity of Trinidad.” This event will take place on December 7, 2024, in Doha, Qatar.
